此次承诺是车企对6月1日正式施行的《保障中小企业款项支付条例》的积极响应。修订后的条例明确要求大型企业从中小企业采购货物、工程、服务时，应自交付之日起60日内支付款项，并禁止以商业汇票等方式变相延长账期。
